EBC car brake discs and pads on show at Autosport 2015
EBC Brakes will be at the 2015 Autosport International Show, NEC in Birmingham again this year that runs from 8th – 11th January. Our friendly EBC car technical and business development staff will be there to meet and chat car brake pads and discs with visitors to the newly up-to-date, colourful and revamped stand featuring all the latest EBC products.
This year EBC will be displaying the new Black GEOMET coated car brake discs that are available in USR Slotted discs, GD Sport discs and Premium brake disc formats. Also on display are the various EBC car brake pads available for different styles of driving and race use including Ultimax 2 brake pads, Greenstuff brake pads, Redstuff Ceramic brake pads, Orangestuff brake pads, Yellowstuff brake pads, Bluestuff brake padsand Extra Duty brake pads, (See below for further product information).
The ever popular NEC Autosport International show features the world’s most expensive and rare cars alongside every level of Motor Racing vehicle from Karting to Formula 1 all under one roof. The show begins with two days for a trade only audience on the 8th and 9th of January, then is open to the general car enthusiast public on 10th and 11th. The new radically improved Ultimax2™ is a fully ECO friendly material that has ZERO sulphides. The new Ultimax2 formula does not require shims for noise reduction and has more bite from cold. These brake pads also work well in hot dry climates too! As with the original Ultimax these too are fully R90 approved.

The latest version of Greenstuff Brake Pads is an intentionally softer brake compound designed to improve the pedal feel on lighter cars at low speeds. This results in a medium dust material with good lifetime and minimal rotor wear.

Redstuff Ceramic Brake Pads is a harder compound which takes longer to fully bed in to achieve the highest levels of performance during which time the odd brake noise may be heard when starting from cold in damp conditions at walking speed. One press of the pedal will clear the rotor of any dampness and this leaves EBC Redstuff Ceramic as a pad that inspires confidence in all car users. The motto is be patient to give the pads a full chance to bed down properly.

New EBC Orangestuff Brake pads now have a longer wear life by up to 40-60% and a much more effective initial bite. Another advantage of these unique brake pads is that they offer better fade resistance on rotors even when the disc temperatures are high and the discs glow red. Yellowstuff – 4000 “R” Series – Full Race Pad
EBC Yellowstuff brake pads are ultra high friction brake pads for race, trackday and street use, race drivers in particular love it because they are made from an aramid fibre compound.
